Your Life
Hypocrisy, all around, hypocrisy,
Talk to me!
Can’t you see?
This hypocrisy is blinding.
All the lies we’re told in school.
Things tried, to be cool,
Can’t think of one unbroken rule,
What they call learning, we call cruel.
“It’s all for you!” the tale is sung,
A giant ball of suicidal love,
Strict and leeway, all rolled into one,
So tell me, am I having fun?
This is your life, so take it fast,
You career is a ship, and this, it’s mast,
Better take the helm before you crash,
Because all too quickly, present becomes the past.
